2010 Northeast Animal-Power Field Days, Friday-Sunday, October 15-17, Tunbridge Fairgrounds, Tunbridge, VT 05077, Dedicated to working draft animals in enterprises that support sustainability of local communities and vital land-based economies. Please plan to join us in the fall of 2010 for the 4th annual Northeast Animal Power Field Days. Friday, October 15th will feature field and forest working demonstrations at Howevale Farm, adjacent to the Tunbridge Fairgrounds. For volunteers, teamsters and early arrivals, there will be a Thursday evening community potluck dinner on the Tunbridge Fairgrounds. Saturday, October 16th will focus on workshops and draft animal presentations, resource exhibitors, local food vendors, and networking sessions, throughout the Fairgrounds. ??Our keynote (to be announced) will take place at 1:30 pm. Sunday, October 17th will start off with a Community Meet-The-Teamsters Breakfast, then will offer a variety of activities including some one-on-one time with teamsters and equipment dealers, and the premier annual meeting of the newly formed Draft Animal Power Network.
