We may be the last peasant farmers on earth to own a cell phone. We finally purchased one to stay involved in agricultural research. It has also made it possible for us to document with live action our no-till/cover crop method of growing garlic.
When we shared the video with Lynn, he responded with this over-the-top review. We have also received positive feedback from friends who are vegetable growers, organic farming consultants, and university teacher-researchers. We hope that their comments hint at the content and format of this short video without giving away the whole plot.
Here it is, with brevity that belies the complexity, with tangles that tease the order, with shared enthusiasms powerful and insightful, a video of fantastic gardening success. Here, we catch our breath for a moment and witness the moving parts of a staggeringly grand accomplishment with a life on a small farm.
