Pomegranate Dressing

  • 3/4 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. stone ground mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, whisk together juice, vinegar, mustard and honey.

Slowly whisk in the oil.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
